Covid-19: Latest vaccination figures

The latest available figures from the HSE are from March 26.

786,569 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine have been administered. 

567,023 people have received their first vaccine dose, while 219,546 people have received their second dose.

Meanwhile, Johnson & Johnson has said it would start delivering its vaccine to Europe on 19 April.

This particular vaccine requires just a single injection rather than two and is much easier to store.

Ireland is set to receive 2.2 million doses of the vaccine.
